NPE's Referral Program

1. Definitions

• Qualified Referral – A referral that meets the criteria specified in Section 6.

• Referrer – A current or past NPE client who submits a referral.

• Referred Prospect – A new potential client introduced to NPE by a Referrer.

• Commission – The financial reward given to a Referrer when a Referred Prospect purchases an eligible NPE program.

• Program Investment & Commission – The amount a Referred Prospect invests in an NPE program and the corresponding commission paid to the Referrer.

2. Eligibility

The NPE Referral Program is open to all current and past NPE clients. Employees of NPE, immediate family members, and partners in NPE’s affiliate program may be subject to different commission structures and eligibility requirements.

3. How to Submit a Referral

Referrers must submit referrals through the NPE Members Area using the official Refer-A-Friend form.

Referred Prospects can be invited to:

• A 1:1 Business Strategy Call

• A Growth Workshop

• A NPE 90-DAY GROWTH PLAN™ Workshop

Only referrals submitted through the Members Area are eligible for commissions.

4. Referral Attribution

• If multiple Referrers submit the same prospect, the commission will be awarded to the first Referrer who submitted the referral.

• In cases where an NPE affiliate partner and an NPE client both refer the same prospect, the first submission will determine attribution.

• NPE reserves the right to resolve any disputes over referral attribution at its sole discretion.

5. Referral Commission Structure

Referrers earn commissions when their Qualified Referral invests in an NPE program. Commissions are as follows:

If your referred friend joins a qualifying NPE program after the event:

1. They save $1,000 on their program

2. You earn a free month credit as a reward

   • (GROW = 1 month free of GROW)

   • (EXPAND = 1 month free with 2 GROW referrals; or ½ month for 1 GROW referral)

   • (ACCELERATOR = 1 month free of ACCELERATOR or $300)

   • (OPEN = 1 free month of OPEN or $1500)

• Commissions are paid within 60 days of the referred client’s program start date.

• If the referred client requests a refund or cancels before the commission payout, the commission will be voided.

• Credit/commissions presented are based on the referral signing up for a full 12-month agreement.

• NPE reserves the right to adjust commission rates and program pricing at any time.

6. Qualified Referral Criteria

To be considered a Qualified Referral, the referred individual must:

• Own or operate a business in the fitness industry.

• Have a genuine interest in growing their business.

• Speak English fluently (as NPE’s programs are conducted in English).

• Be submitted through the official NPE Refer-A-Friend form before their first interaction with NPE.

• Not be a current NPE client.

7. Payment Terms and Tax Responsibilities

• Commissions are paid via electronic transfer or check based on NPE’s standard payment processing schedule.

• Referrers are responsible for any taxes, reporting, and compliance associated with referral earnings.

• NPE is not responsible for any tax liabilities incurred by Referrers and recommends consulting a tax professional regarding applicable obligations.

• Credits are added to the end of your current agreement term.

8. General Terms & Conditions

• NPE reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer engaging in fraudulent, unethical, or misleading referral practices.

• This program is not an employment relationship; Referrers are independent participants and do not represent NPE.

• NPE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

• By participating in the Referral Program, Referrers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
