Before NPE, Sean built a personal training business in Central Florida from a part-time solo trainer into a two-location operation with 10 coaches and 653 active clients. He knows what it feels like to be the bottleneck — and what it takes to get out of it.
Then came a stage 4 cancer diagnosis and the news that he had a year to live. He asked himself what he wanted to do with the time he had left. The answer was to help as many fitness coaches as he could. He sold the business, started solving the problems he'd just spent years solving in his own — and watched friends 10x their revenue in months, from $2–4K/month to $20–40K/month. That's what led to founding NPE in July 2006.
Twenty years later, NPE has served tens of thousands of fitness businesses across 96 countries. Today Sean leads a team coaching 200+ active clients and personally mentors owners doing $80K–$150K+/month. His mission hasn't changed: too many great coaches stay stuck in their business — and their health and relationships pay the cost — because nobody taught them the right order, sequence, and systems to create leverage. This workshop is part of that work.
